110-300-0165(2)(a) - An outlet cap that can pose a choking hazard was observed inserted into the TR outlet. 110-300-0165(2)(c) - A cord was observed accessible to children beg=hind the chair in the main childcare space. The cord was hidden under the carpet during the visit. 110-300-0165(2)(d) - Bags were observed under the diaper changing station. 110-300-0165(3)(d) - The washing machine and dryer were missing safety locks.
